The Annual Remembrance Dinner on October 25th showed the capacity filled room the importance of the HERC mission and teaching about the Holocaust today. Teachers that attended appreciated the opportunity thanks to sponsorships. The guests were captivated by Honoree Allan Katz’s family story and guest speaker Dr. Ethan Katz’s presentation of a little-known history. The survey shared by Karen Cyphers, from Sachs Media, about Holocaust Education and Awareness were alarming. Many said, this event could not be held at a more important time than now with antisemitism on the rise. We thank the many sponsors listed on next page.
