Jessie Betts-Bono has served as the Strategic Marketing and Business Manager at Bono Communications & Marketing, LLC, for nearly a decade. With a background spanning healthcare to business, Jessie began her professional career as a certified surgical technologist, gaining invaluable experience in critical thinking, effective communication, and patient advocacy. After several years in the healthcare field, she transitioned to marketing and communications, earning her bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on organizational administration.

At Bono Communications and Marketing, Jessie creates marketing strategies, professional training curricula, and public relations outreach plans for clients across government, nonprofit, and private sectors. Jessie is passionate about helping leaders, employees, and young adults find joy in their work, while creating positive outcomes. Her diverse professional background contributes to her success in business and community volunteerism.

Jessie is an active community advocate. In their personal time, Jessie and her family enjoy contributing to local initiatives and animal rescue efforts. Jessie and her partner, Sean, have fostered several kittens and medically needy cats for the Feline Advocates of Leon County. The pair welcomed their first child in early 2024. The Betts-Bonos love to travel, cook, and enjoy quality time together.
